How long does shipping take for a McLaren bike?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. For our high-performance carbon models, please allow an additional 3 days for professional pre-delivery inspection and secure crating.
Do the bikes come fully assembled?
To ensure safety during transit, bikes are shipped 85% assembled. You will need to install the handlebars, front wheel, and pedals. We include a custom McLaren multi-tool and a step-by-step video guide for assembly.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy. The bicycle must be in its original packaging and in like-new condition. Please note that a restocking fee may apply to high-performance frames that have been registered for warranty.
What kind of warranty is provided?
Every McLaren bike comes with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame and a 2-year warranty on original components and paintwork against manufacturing defects.
Can I finance my purchase?
Yes, we partner with specialized financing providers to offer flexible monthly payment plans, allowing you to spread the cost of your elite cycling equipment over 12, 24, or 36 months.
